  • Serving as the liaison between all parties involved in the project, including the owner, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals, to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.

Safety Management:

  • Ensuring that safety protocols are followed on the construction site to prevent accidents.

Overall:

In essence, our construction management service focuses on the overall oversight of a project, ensuring its success by balancing time, cost, and quality, while managing risks and facilitating communication among all stakeholders.

Specialty Construction (SC)

Specialty Construction involves specialized skills, knowledge, and expertise in specific trades or areas within the broader construction industry. These are typically tasks that require more technical proficiency or experience beyond general construction practices. Our specialty construction team focuses on specific aspects of a building or infrastructure project that require advanced techniques, equipment, or materials.

Why Specialty Construction is Important to Veritas:

  • We bring expertise that ensures the work is done to high standards, adheres to strict criteria, and meets unique safety complications. Our internal construction team is often vital to ensuring that complex and technical aspects of a project are completed correctly.

  • At Veritas, we are more than a general contractor – we are your trusted partner in construction excellence.
